I wanted to make a more death metal/grindcore style for a while, considering I spent a lot of years listening to that stuff. What I ended up making here was a more thrash-like song inspired by Sarcófago and the horrible case of Lacey Fletcher. The details of that case are so gruesome that I feel like I didn't go far enough in the lyrics.

Verse 1:
Maggots feast from living flesh
Putrefaction while alive
Head to toe in piss and shit
Caretakers just live their lives
It's a slaughter in the delta
In the town Slaughter, LA
37-year-old daughter
Eating foam and left alone to decay

Chorus:
Hellhole in the sofa

Verse 2:
Decade left on La-Z-Boy
Flesh eaten from naked ass
96 pounds on her frame
Yellowed rot and loss of mass
Had a pile of Disney movies
Right next to her sofa dregs
Now she's just like Ariel
Has no voice and now no fucking legs

Breakdown:
On display in the living room
Right in plain sight
Just because she had some problems
Didn't mean she had no rights
She was different from her friends
But autism don't accelerate
If she lived in a different home
She might've had a better fate

Verse 3:
Upstanding the parents' image
But the facts, they have emerged
They wanted to look like angels
But they were the Demiurge
Now the girl is in a coffin
Once again, the system failed
For the crime of being monsters
They should be put underneath the jail
